A direct replacement for the Bergerac from Château le Barradis (which has been sold). Bergerac produces Bordeaux style wines using the same grape varieties and is geographically a continuation of Côtes de Castillon. This elegant and skilfully assembled wine from Thierry Despres is light to medium-bodied with an orientation towards berry fruit flavours. Hand picked grapes and 9 months barrique aging have created an attractive wine with good length.
