Energy Breakfast Shake
Cranberry and spirulina energy-boosting shake, sweetened with apple juice (so low in fat). A delicious way to start the day, this shake is packed with vital nutrients including; B vitamins to support energy: Vitamin C (a powerful antioxidant) which slows the ageing process and supports the immune system and high in fibre and plant protein.
Vitamins per 30g serving typically provide:
100mg Vitamin C, 6mg Vitamin B1, 5mg Vitamin B2, 20mg Vitamin B3, 20mg Vitamin B5, 10mg Vitamin B6, 2.5µg Vitamin B12, 200µg Folic acid, 150µg Biotin
Apple whole fruit, potato maltodextrin, ground quinoa, rice protein, sugar beet fibre, spirulina, apple pectin, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cranberry whole fruit, vitamin C, vitamin B5, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12.
Adults and children over 12 years blend 2¼ scoops (30g) in 300ml (children 7-11 years, 1½ scoops (20g) in 200ml; children 3-6 years, ¾ of a scoop (10g) in 100ml) soya milk, rice milk or fruit juice and a piece of fruit.
