Fine dark chocolate from Dominican Trinitario Cocoa blended with fabulous coffee from The Natural Coffee Co. Grown in Peru by the Cecovasa co-op on the edge of the Amazon Rainforest. The full medium roast gives a lovely 'nutty' flavour. 58% cocoa.
Delightful dark chocolate bars with a rare depth of flavour thanks to the ethically-sourced and distinctive cocoa beans that make them. The percentage of cocoa solids is a clue as to how dark some of these bars get! Winners of the 2011 Academy of Chocolate awards.
